摘 要:为了提高金属板材的厚度精度,研制了一套应用于中小型冷轧现场的高精度X射线测厚仪系统。利用MATLAB小波工具箱引入小波分析对厚度数据去噪处理。通过逐层分解原始的厚度信号,根据不同频段噪声信号的性质,区分出有效的厚度信号和无效的噪声干扰信号,消除或减弱噪声干扰分量,重建剩余频带信号,从而达到抑制噪声干扰的效果,来提高系统的测量精度。通过现场实际测试,该测厚仪系统有效地提高了金属板材厚度的测量精度,满足了钢厂冷轧现场测量板材厚度的要求。In order to improve the thickness accuracy of sheet metal,a high precision X-ray thickness gauge system for small and medium-sized cold rolling field was developed.Using MATLAB wavelet toolbox to introduce wavelet analysis to denoise the thickness data.By decomposing the original thickness signal layer by layer and distinguishing the effective thickness signal from the invalid noise interference signal according to the nature of the noise signal in different frequency bands,the residual frequency band signal is reconstructed by eliminating or weakening the noise interference component,so as to achieve the effect of restraining the noise interference and improving the measurement accuracy of the system.Through field test,the thickness gauge system effectively improves the measurement accuracy of sheet metal thickness,and meets the requirement of measuring sheet metal thickness in cold rolling field.
