摘　　要：利用杠杆和激光发射器原理设计了一种通过将触点按钮与LED指示灯的控制开关联动,同时将触点按钮与百分表的测量头接触,从而根据LED指示灯的亮灭对零件进行精准校正。是一种接触式电子对刀装置,该装置能解决寻边器、多级连接杠杆百分表、对刀仪在操作过程中的易损、扰动大、误差大、操作繁琐等问题,使用方便可靠且提高了对刀精度和效率。In this paper,a kind of contact electronic tool-setting device is designed by using the principle of lever and laser transmitter.It can solve the edge-finder by linking the contact button with the control switch of LED indicator lamp and contacting the contact button with the measuring head of dial meter.It is easy and reliable to use and improves the accuracy and efficiency of tool setting.
