摘  要:为了给两相法工艺合成5-羟甲基糠醛(5-HMF)提供可靠的热力学数据,采用静态平衡法测定了水-5-HMF-正丁醇、水-5-HMF-异丁醇和水-5-HMF-甲基异丁基酮(MIBK)3个三元体系的液液平衡,并采用NRTL方程对实验数据进行关联,确定了模型参数。结果表明:5-HMF在3个体系中的分配系数均大于1,倾向存在于有机相中;5-HMF质量分数对分配系数有显著影响,随着5-HMF质量分数的增大,分配系数降低;温度对5-HMF分配系数有一定的影响,但不如5-HMF质量分数显著;NRTL方程计算值与实验值的最大平均相对偏差小于10%。研究结果为两相法工艺生产5-HMF提供了可靠的热力学数据和计算模型。To provide fundamental thermodynamic data with biphasic method for synthesizing 5-hydroxymethylfurfural(5-HMF),the liquid-liquid equilibrium data in the ternary systems of water+5-HMF+1-butanol,water+5-HMF+isobutanol and water+5-HMF+methyl isobutyl ketone,were measured at 313.15,323.15 and 333.15 K.The results were correlated with the NRTL model,and the model parameters were determined.The partition coefficient of 5-HMF was larger than 1 for the three solvents,and 5-HMF solubilized preferably in the organic phase.The mass fraction of 5-HMF affected the partition coefficient significantly,and the partition coefficient decreased with 5-HMF mass fraction increasing.Temperature also affected the partition coefficient,but the influence was insignificant compared with the influence of mass fraction of 5-HMF.The average relative deviation of the calculated and experimental data was lower than 10%.This study provides reliable thermodynamics data and prediction model for producing 5-HMF.
