摘　　要：通过规范研究与实证研究等方法,阐释航空港区的概念和航空文化的内涵,分析航空港区发展中对航空文化的迫切需求,提出航空文化体系的框架模型和构建原则,从航空物质文化、航空制度文化、航空行为文化、航空价值文化四个维度介绍航空文化体系各项指标的意义。对郑州航空港经济综合实验区的航空文化现状进行实证研究,通过进行问卷调查和满意度分析,探讨航空文化发展中存在的问题,提出构建航空文化体系的建议。Through normative research and empirical research,the article explains the concept of aviation port area and the connotation of aviation culture,analyzes the urgent need for aviation culture in the development of airport area,proposes the framework model and construction principle of aviation culture system,and introduce the significance of various indicators of aviation culture system,which includes four aspects:aviation material culture,aviation system culture,aviation behavior culture and aviation value culture.This paper conducts an empirical study on the aviation culture status of Zhengzhou Airport Economy Zone.Through questionnaire survey and satisfaction analysis,it discusses the problems in the development of aviation culture and puts forward suggestions for constructing aviation culture system.
