摘  要:以不同粒级的神木低变质粉煤为原料,配入一定量NaOH改性花生壳黏结剂,通过冷压成型制备出一系列型煤,研究了粉煤粒度对型煤工业分析的影响。结果表明,型煤表面密实平滑,由于改性花生壳中纤维素本身的弹性使型煤出模后轻微膨胀,在表面产生细小裂纹。型煤中Mad=2.5%~3%,比原煤(Mad=5.45%)低,Vdaf≈70%,远远大于原煤(Vdaf=36.16%),而灰分产率较原煤略高,说明型煤运输成本较原煤低,燃烧性能较好。随着粉煤粒度减小,型煤的灰分与挥发分含量增加,而固定碳含量与发热量均降低。粉煤制备过程中的偏析现象造成细粒煤中矿物质含量高,所得型煤灰分含量高,热值低。细粒煤所得型煤燃烧过程中挥发分析出孔隙和通道小,阻力大,滞留挥发分多。A series of briquettes were prepared from Shenmu low-rank pulverized coal with different particle sizes by cold pressing with a certain amount of NaOH modified peanut shell binder.The influence of pulverized coal particle size on briquette industrial analysis was studied.The results show that briquette surface is compact and smooth.Due to the elasticity of cellulose in modified peanut shell,briquette expands slightly after being moulded,small cracks appear on the surface.Moisture content of briquette (2.5%~3%) is lower than that of raw coal (5.45%).Volatile yield (about 70%) is much higher than that of raw coal (36.16%).Ash yield is slightly higher than that of raw coal,indicating that briquette transportation cost is lower than that of raw coal and its combustion performance is better.As the particle size of pulverized coal decreases,the ash and volatile yield of briquette increases,while the fixed carbon content and calorific value decrease.The segregation phenomenon in the preparation of fine coal lead to high mineral content,and briquette has high ash content and low calorific value.During the combustion process of briquette from fine coal,the volatile substance release channels are small,the resistance is large,and the volatile substance remains more.
