摘　　要：采用双螺杆挤出机熔融共混的技术方法,以中国石油吉林石化公司自产丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯共聚物(ABS)及聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯(PMMA)为原料,研究不同工艺条件对ABS/PMMA合金性能的影响。结果表明,熔融共混后,ABS与PMMA形成了新合金。同时考察了加入苯乙烯三元共聚物(MBS)对ABS/PMMA合金相容性的影响,结果表明,加入MBS后可有效改善合金的相容性。Using acrylonitrile butadiene styrene copolymer(ABS) and polymethyl methacrylate(PMMA) produced by Jilin Petrochemical Company as raw materials,the effects of different processing conditions on the properties of ABS/PMMA alloy were studied by melt blending technology with corotating twin screw extruder.The results show that a new alloy is formed between ABS and PMMA after melt blending.The effect of adding styrene terpolymer (MBS) on the compatibility of ABS/PMMA alloy was also investigated,the results show that the compatibility of alloy can be effectively improved by adding MBS.
