摘 要:目的:采用Box-Behnken设计-响应面法优化益气养阴解毒方水提取工艺。方法:采用水提取工艺提取益气养阴解毒方,在单因素实验基础上,以溶媒用量、提取次数和提取时间为影响因子,以复方出膏率以及其中黄芪甲苷和芍药苷含量为响应指标,进行Box-Behnken设计响应面实验,建立影响因子与响应指标之间的关系方程,从而得出最佳提取工艺。结果:最佳提取工艺为15.92倍量水提3次,每次30.3min。结论:方差分析和验证实验结果表明模型合理可信,所得最佳提取工艺稳定可行。Objective: To optimize the water decoction process of Yiqi Yangyin Jiedu formula by Box-Behnken design-response surface method. Methods: Water extraction process was used to extract Yiqi Yangyin Jiedu formula. The optimum extraction process was obtained by establishing the relationship equation between independent variables and dependent variables using Box-Behnken design-response surface method. The amount of solvent,extraction times,and extraction time were set as independent variables,while paste-forming rate and the content of astragaloside Ⅳ and paeoniflorin as dependent variables. Results: The optimum extraction process conditions were as following: decoction with 15. 92 times the volume of water for 3 times,30. 3 minutes for each extraction. Conclusion:The results of variance analysis and verification experiment showed that the model is reasonable and reliable,and the optimum process is stable and feasible.
