酚磺乙胺注射液抑制家兔体外凝血的新发现

摘　　要：目的酚磺乙胺注射液通常从静脉给药,对患者的止血作用迅速,本文探讨其在体外用药的效应。方法健康家兔3只,由颈动脉放血,在试管中观察凝血时间。分为空白对照组、酚磺乙胺组,其中空白对照组给予生理盐水,酚磺乙胺组给予酚磺乙胺注射液,每支试管均加入2滴,然后各管注入1mL血,记录凝血时间。重复实验3次。结果空白组与酚磺乙胺组之间的差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论酚磺乙胺注射液能抑制家兔体外的凝血,可能跟血管内药效相反。OBJECTIVE To verify the effect of phenolsulfonethylamine injection in vitro.METHODS Three healthy rabbits were bled from carotid artery and the coagulation time was observed in test tubes.Rabbits were divided into blank control group and phenolsulfonethylamine group,in which the blank control group was given normal saline,and the phenolsulfonethylamine injection was given in the phenolsulfoethylamine group.2 drops added into each test tube,then each tube was poured with 1mL blood,and the coagulation time was recorded.The experiment was repeated 3 times.RESULTS The differences between the control group and Phenolsulfoethylamine injection group had statistical significance(P<0.05).CONCLUSION Phenolsulfoethylamine injection can inhibit blood coagulation in vitro,which may be contrary to the intravascular effect.
