摘 要:以超高相对分子质量聚乙烯(UHMWPE)纤维为原料,应用分离编织和转移技术,在7针全自动手套机上采用添纱组织结构方法,以UHMWPE纱为地纱,线密度为1665dtex的芳纶1414纱为面纱,编织了UHMWPE纤维防割手套,通过单因素实验法和正交实验法研究了UHMWPE纤维防割手套的防割性能。结果表明:UHMWPE纤维防割手套编织的最佳条件为UHMWPE纱线线密度1665dtex,捻度200捻/m,织物克重200g/m2,在此条件下织得的UHMWPE纤维防割手套的耐切割次数为25,达到了EN388标准的防护等级5级。Anti-cutting gloves of ultra-high relative molecular mass polyethylene(UHMWPE)fiber were obtained by knitting UHMWPE fiber as ground yarn and aramid 1414 with a linear density of 1 665 dtex as face yarn through separation knitting and transferring technology and plating stitch structure on a 7-needle automatic glove machine.The anti-cutting performance of anti-cutting gloves of UHMWPE fiber was studied by single factor experiment and orthogonal experiment.The results showed that the anti-cutting gloves of UHMWPE fiber had the cutting resistant times of 25,reaching the protective grade 5 of EN388 standard when the knitting technological parameters were optmized as follows:linear density of UHMWPE fiber 1 665 dtex,twist 200 twist/m,fabric unit weight 200 g/m^2.
