摘　　要：为了研究电磁脉冲焊接技术在电力电缆接头焊接领域的应用,设计了一套能够用于不同型号电缆接头焊接的电磁脉冲焊接装置,该装置包括大电流脉冲发生器、焊接线圈及系统控制模块。大电流脉冲发生器由6个并联的脉冲发生模块组成,每个模块包括4个并联电容器与1个触发真空开关,可根据不同的焊接需求调整模块工作电压与数量从而输出不同参数的电流脉冲。此外,为减小回路杂散参数对脉冲电流峰值的影响,提高焊接效果,设计了低阻抗同轴电缆与具有集磁器功能的焊接线圈。结合焊接装置结构和理论与仿真计算参数,最终研制出了电磁脉冲焊接装置样机,该装置工作电压可达15kV,峰值电流为600kA,能够成功完成电缆接头的焊接。In order to study the application of electromagnetic pulse welding technology in the field of power cable joint welding,this paper designed a set of electromagnetic pulse welding device that can be used for welding different types of cable joints.The device included high-current pulse generator,welding coil and system control module.The high-current pulse generator consisted of six parallel pulse generation modules.Each module included four parallel capacitors and one triggered vacuum switch.According to different welding requirements,the voltage and quantity of the module can be adjusted to output current pulses of different parameters.In addition,to reduce the effect of loop spurious parameters on the pulse current peak and improve the welding effect,a low-impedance coaxial cable and a welding coil with a collector function were designed.Combining the theoretical and simulation calculations of the structure and parameters of the welding device,a prototype of the electromagnetic pulse welding device was finally developed.After testing,the device has a working voltage of 15 kV and a peak current of 600 kA,and can successfully complete the welding of the cable joint.
