摘 要:本文主要就楔形流量计的结构及工作原理进行梳理,结合日常流量检测工作,应用流量仿真软件Fluent进行数字模拟,确立标准k-ε模型、依据Pressure Based算法进行求解等关键属性设置,模拟出楔前后取压口的压差,根据公式积算出不同流量点下的流出系数;实验结果发现:由Fluent模拟得到的流出系数与流量点大小无关,基本保持在0.7261与0.7569之间,标准偏差约为0.0096;实验室检测给出的流量系数与流量点大小关系密切,在大于20%流量点下流出系数与模拟得出的流出系数基本一致,在0.75与0.80之间,标准偏差约为0.0196;但是在不大于20%流量点下流出系数发生突变、呈下降趋势。为将来数字虚拟计量、更好解释存在以上差异的原因等,提出后续仿真需针对不同流量点,改变湍流模型及使用不同的求解算法进行研究,同时选择不同的流体介质分别进行实验;另外还有必要考虑楔比i、楔角β的大小及取压口的位置、取压方式等对流出系数的影响。This paper mainly introduces the structure and working principle of wedge flowmeter,combined with daily flow detection work,flow simulation software Fluent was applied for digital simulation,establishing the standard k-epsilon model,on the basis of Pressure Based algorithm to set key properties such as solution,the pressure difference between the pressure tapings before and after the wedge was simulated,according to the formula,the effluent coefficients at different flow points were calculated;The experimental results showed that the outflow coefficient obtained by Fluent simulation was independent of the size of the flow point,basically maintained between 0.7261 and 0. 7569,and the standard deviation was about 0. 0096;The flow coefficient given by the laboratory test was closely related to the size of the flow point,When the flow rate greater than 20% of maximum flow,the outflow coefficient was basically consistent with the simulated outflow coefficient,which was between 0. 75 and 0. 80,and the standard deviation was about 0. 0196. However,under the condition of the flow rate no more than 20% of maximum flow,the outflow coefficient changes abruptly and shows a downward trend. In order to make digital virtual measurement and better explain the reasons for the above differences in the future,it was proposed that the following simulation should be carried out by changing the turbulence model and using different solving algorithms for different flow points,and at the same time,different fluid media should be selected for experiments. In addition,it is necessary to consider the size of wedge ratio i,wedge angle β and the location of the pressure tapings have the effects on the outflow coefficient.
