摘 要:为防控非洲猪瘟,国内养猪场普遍大量使用戊二醛消毒剂,研究旨在评估残留戊二醛对猪场废水处理系统运行的影响。试验以戊二醛消毒剂为研究对象,采用模拟厌氧/好氧(A/O)工艺,结合现场监测戊二醛浓度开展研究。结果表明,猪场废水中含有高浓度戊二醛时(0.04%和0.06%),处理系统的COD去除率和出水pH显著降低(P<0.05),NH3-N去除率显著增加(P<0.05),TP去除率不变;但在生产过程中,猪场废水中残留的戊二醛浓度很低,7个规模化猪场废水处理系统水样检测结果戊二醛浓度均小于0.000 1%,不会对处理系统的正常运行造成影响。综上所述,养猪场规范使用戊二醛消毒剂,不会影响废水处理系统的正常运行。The glutaraldehyde disinfectant was selected as the research object to study its impact on the operation of the pig farm A/O wastewater treatment system.The results showed that the COD removal rate and pH value of the treatment system were significantly lower(P<0.05),and the ammonia nitrogen removal rate was significantly increased(P<0.05).The total phosphorus removal rate is unchanged.However,during the production process,the residual glutaraldehyde concentration in the wastewater is extremely low(<0.000 1%)and does not affect the stable operation of the treatment system.In summary,the use of glutaraldehyde disinfectant should be regulated in production to avoid the high concentration of glutaraldehyde directly entering the wastewater treatment system and affect the stable operation of the system.
