摘  要:为了有效解决光电振荡器频率调谐范围小的问题,提出了一种借助于宽带光源、臂长差可调谐的光纤光栅Sagnac环和一段色散光纤,在光电振荡器回路中构建一个频率可调谐的微波光子滤波器,实现光电振荡器输出频率大范围调谐的设计方案。光纤光栅Sagnac环的臂长差在0.50~8.28mm范围内变化,当最小变化步长为0.01mm时,该结构光电振荡器能够实现0.9915~16.4190GHz频率范围内的单一频率微波信号输出,频率调谐步长为19.8MHz,边模抑制比达到20dB。In order to effectively solve the problem of small frequency tuning range of the photoelectric oscillator,a design scheme of a frequency tunable microwave photonic filter in the optoelectronic oscillator circuit is proposed,which realizes wide frequency tuning of the output frequency of the optoelectronic oscillator by means of a broadband light source,a Sagnac ring with tunable arm length difference and a section of dispersion fiber.When the arm length difference of fiber grating Sagnac loop varies from 0.50~8.28mm and the minimum change step is 0.01mm,The structure of the photoelectric oscillator can achieve a single frequency microwave signal output in the frequency range of 0.9915~16.4190GHz,with frequency tuning step being 19.8MHz and the side mode rejection ratio being 20dB.
