摘 要:为将磁性介质引入到光子晶体滤波器中,提高滤波器性能,提出一种新型二维正方晶格光子晶体滤波器,该滤波器由线缺陷波导和环形谐振腔组成,环形谐振腔由4层掺Bi复合稀土铁石榴石(TbYbBiIG)介质柱形成,通过外加磁场改变环形腔介质柱的磁导率来改变谐振腔介质柱的折射率,使谐振腔的谐振频率发生改变,从而实现1.55μm波段滤波。基于时域有限差分法(FDTD)的原理,应用Lumerical软件进行仿真分析,结果表明:该滤波器性能优良,插入损耗为0.46dB,3dB带宽为11.46GHz。In order to introduce magnetic medium into photonic crystal filter and improve its performance.A new two-dimensional square lattice photonic crystal filter is proposed in this paper.The filter consists of a linear defective waveguide and a ring resonator.The ring resonator consists of four layers of Bi-doped composite rare earth iron garnet(TbYbBiIG)dielectric pillars.By changing the permeability of the dielectric pillars of the ring resonator through an applied magnetic field,the refractive index of the dielectric pillars of the ring resonator is changed,so that the resonant frequency of the cavity is changed.1.55μm band filtering is realized.Based on the principle of finite-difference time-domain method(FDTD),simulation analysis is carried out with Lumerical software.The results show that the filter has excellent performance,insertion loss is 0.46dB,and bandwidth of 3dB is 11.46GHz.
