对FCC工艺外取热器进出口管改造的可行性分析

摘  要:主要用Fluent模拟FCC工艺中的外取热器管束的进出口管分布的改造,分析进口管排布的不同对进水的均匀性的影响进行论证。最终得到改造前后三维模型对比图,网格划分图,改造前后的温度云图。通过分析确定独立进出口管比集合式进出管更加适合该工况。Fluent was used to simulate the transformation of the distribution of the inlet and outlet pipes of the external heat collector in FCC process,and the influence of the different arrangement of the inlet pipes on the uniformity of the inlet water was analyzed.The three-dimensional model comparison map,meshing map and temperature cloud before and after the transformation were obtained.Through analysis,it was determined that the independent inlet and outlet pipe was more suitable for this condition than the collective inlet and outlet pipe.
