摘　　要：无机铜是应用历史悠久的农药,具有杀菌、杀虫、肥料、木材防腐、调节植物生长等作用。文章通过分析铜氧化物在农药领域的专利申请,主要是氧化铜和氧化亚铜,以期了解其在全球的申请情况、技术分布和发展路线。Inorganic copper is a pesticide with a long history of application, which has the functions of sterilization, insecticidal, fertilizer, wood preservation, regulating plant growth and so on. This paper makes an analysis of copper oxide patent applications in the field of pesticides, mainly copper oxide and cuprous oxide, in order to probe into its global application situation, technical distribution and development route.
