摘 要:本文设计了一种基于光纤和石墨烯场效应管的传感器,该传感器以光纤端面为平台制作金电极并涂覆石墨烯构建场效应管,通过自制双通路检测系统对不同溶液的pH值进行检测.根据石墨烯的零带隙结构,高电子迁移率与高透光性,荧光素及衍生物6-羧基荧光素在不同pH值溶液中荧光强度的不同,光纤石墨烯场效应管传感器通过光路部分和电路部分两种方法同步监测pH值的变化.本系统还可通过上位机实时反馈检测结果,提高了检测的效率和灵敏度,通过两种检测结果相互对比,提高了检测的可靠性.pH值的成功检测证明了光纤石墨烯场效应管传感器设计制作的可行性,也为多传感器的集成及其广泛应用提供了一种新的思路.In this paper, a sensor based on optic-fiber and graphene FET is designed, by using optic-fiber end face as platform to make a Au electrode and then coated by graphene to construct the FEI.The sensor detects the pH of different solutions through a self-made dual path detection system. According to the zero band gap structure, high electron mobility and high light transmission of the graphene, the fluorescence intensity of fluorescein and its derivative 6-carboxyl fluorescein in different pH solutions was different.The sensor synchronously monitors pH changes through both optical path and circuit path.At the same time the system can also feedback the test results through the upper processor in real time,which improves the detecting efficiency, sensitivity, and the reliability of detection by comparing the two results. The successful detection of pH value proves the feasibility of the sensor design and fabrication.It also provides a new idea for multisensor integration and the wide application.
