摘 要:针对翻车机重载急停时制动距离较长、定位车重载减速制动过程中与运煤车之间机械冲击较大的问题,分析了翻车机系统动力学和运动学特性,结合翻车机动作工艺、急停动作条件、变频控制等因素,通过优化调整制动控制的关键参数,解决了翻车机急停制动的快速性、定位车减速制动时与运煤车同步性的关键问题。The braking distance of the car dumper is longer when its heavy-load emergency stop occurs,and the mechanical impact force between the positioning car and the coal truck is larger during its heavy-load deceleration braking process.Aiming at these problems,the dynamics and kinematics characteristics of car dumper system are analyzed in this paper.Then,combined with the factors of car dumper operation technology,emergency stop operation conditions and frequency conversion control,the key problems of speediness of car dumper braking during emergency stop and synchronization between positioning car and coal truck during deceleration braking are solved by optimizing and adjusting the key parameters of braking control.
