胎儿主肺动脉多普勒流速曲线参数与胎龄的相关性分析

摘　　要：分析胎儿主肺动脉多普勒流速曲线参数与胎龄的相关性,为临床胎儿肺成熟及肺循环的评估提供依据。回顾性分析本院接诊的23~40周的正常胎儿400例临床资料,分析不同胎龄胎儿主肺动脉多普勒流速曲线参数AT、ET、AT/ET、PI、RI、PSV、EDV和MV,并分析不同胎龄与上述参数的相关性。结果显示不同胎龄研究对象的胎儿主肺动脉多普勒流速曲线参数AT、AT/ET、PI、RI、PSV、EDV和MV水平存在明显变化(P<0.05)而ET无显著变化(P<0.05);不同多普勒流速曲线参数与胎龄有一定的相关性,其中AT及AT/ET与胎龄的相关性最强,相关系数分别为0.785(P<0.05)和0.802(P<0.05),而ET和RI与胎龄无明显的相关性(P>0.05)。因此,胎儿主肺动脉多普勒流速曲线参数与胎龄有相关性,其中AT及AT/ET与胎龄的相关性最强。The purpose of this study was to analyze the correlation between fetal pulmonary artery doppler flow velocity parameters and gestational age.The clinical data of 400 normal fetuses of 23-40 weeks in our hospital were retrospectively analyzed.The parameters of AT velocity,ET,AT/ET,PI,RI,PSV,EDV and MV of fetal pulmonary artery doppler velocity curve in different gestational age were analyzed.The correlation between different gestational age and the above parameters was analyzed.The results showed that AT,AT/ET,PI,RI,PSV,EDV and MV in the main pulmonary arteries of different fetal ages were significantly changed(P<0.05)and ET had no significant changes(P<0.05).The parameters of the different doppler velocity curves were related to the gestational age,and the correlation between AT and AT/ET and gestational age was the strongest,and the correlation was the strongest.The coefficients were 0.785(P<0.05)and 0.802(P<0.05)respectively,while ET and RI were not significantly correlated with gestational age(P>0.05).So Fetal main pulmonary artery doppler flow velocity parameters were correlated with gestational age,and AT and AT/ET were the strongest correlation with gestational age.
