摘  要:以JACK虚拟仿真软件为工具,建立了某汽车座椅及数字人模型,并进行了人因工程设计及虚拟仿真分析。应用人机工程学理论和方法选取了汽车座椅的结构参数,建立了汽车座椅数学模型,导入、设置并定位男性数字人,对给定驾驶员开车姿势下的身体不同部位或整体姿势的舒适程度进行分析,给出符合舒适度要求的参考范围。通过对一定汽车座椅条件下数字人的姿势预测和舒适度分析,使人车达到最佳匹配状态,为驾驶员达到最佳舒适度提供参考。Using virtual simulation software JACK as a tool,a car seat and digital human model were established and human factors engineering design and virtual simulation analysis were carried out.By applying the human factors engineering theory and method,the structural parameters of vehicle seat were chosen in this article.Then the vehicle seat mathematical model was established and a male Digital Man was imported,set,and located in the model.Under a given driving position of driver,the comfort assessment of different parts of the body or whole posture were analyzed and the reference range for comfort requirement were given.Through the posture prediction and comfort analysis of digital human under certain automobile seat condition,it makes both vehicle and human to achieve the best matching state(in the comfort zone),and it can supply a reference for the driver to achieve the best comfort.
