摘 要:针对某新型航空相机系统的特点,提出基于PC104单板机的综合检测系统,介绍检测系统的总体结构与组成,描述系统硬件及软件设计。该系统利用嵌入式工控机技术、数据采集技术、总线数据仿真技术以及虚拟仪器技术,实现对相机机身、操纵器的单独测试;相机的联试以及飞机导航数据的仿真等功能,能够辅助机务人员快速地进行通电检测,并给出排故建议。经实验证明,该综合检测系统可按维护规程要求实现对相机系统性能的全面检查,满足设计要求。In allusion to the characteristics of a new-type aerial camera system,an integrated detection system based on the PC104 single board computer is proposed. The overall structure and composition of the detection system are introduced. The hardware and software designs of the system are described. The embedded industrial computer technology,data acquisition technology,bus data simulation technology and virtual instrument technology are adopted for the system to realize the functions of separate tests of the camera body and manipulator,joint test of cameras,and simulation of airplane navigation data. The system can assist the aircraft crew to quickly conduct electricity circuit detection and give the troubleshooting advice. The experimental results show that the integrated detection system can realize the complete performance inspection of the camera system according to the requirements of its maintenance procedure,which can meet the design requirement.
