摘 要:为了研究自然、标准和组合等3种养护方式对玄武岩纤维(BF)在活性粉末混凝土(RPC)中的增强效果,本文系统地研究了上述3种养护方式下RPC抗压强度、劈拉强度的变化.以龄期、纤维掺量和养护制度为参数,运用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)微观手段研究了BF掺量、养护制度对RPC的影响机理.试验结果表明,当纤维掺量为0.15%时,自然养护、标准养护制度下抗压强度、劈拉强度的提高最为明显;当纤维掺量为0.1%时,组合养护制度下抗压强度、劈拉强度的提高最大,且与7d时劈拉强度相比,28d时劈拉强度出现了倒缩现象.In order to study the enhancement effect of the 3 curing modes of natural curing,standard curing and combined curing on basalt fiber(BF) in reactive powder concrete(RPC),the changes of RPC compressive strength and split tensile strength under the above 3 curing modes were systematically studied in this paper.Taken age,fiber content and curing mode as parameters,the scanning electron microscope(SEM)micro means was used to study the influence mechanism of BF content and curing mode on RPC.The test results show that the compressive strength and split tensile strength increase most obviously under natural curing and standard curing when the BF content is 0.15 % and the compressive strength and splitting tensile strength increase to the maximum under the combined curing mode when the fiber content is 0.1 %,and the splitting tensile strength at 28 days is inverted compared with that at 7 days.
