老年人常见药物不良反应及合理用药的临床分析

摘　　要：目的探讨老年人常见药物不良反应及合理用药的临床分析。方法分析2015年1月至2018年1月期间,我院收治的99例老年不良反应患者的临床资料,并提出合理用药的干预措施。结果99例发生不良反应的老年患者,静脉注射68例,占68.69%,明显高于其他类型的给药方式,经比较,P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义。结论积极规范老年人用药是减少药物不良反应发生的重要措施,对于促进药物安全合理的应用,提高医疗服务质量都具有至关重要的作用。Objective To investigate the clinical analysis of common drug adverse reactions and rational drug use in the elderly.Methods The clinical data of 99 elderly patients with adverse reactions admitted to our hospital from January 2015 to January 2018 were analyzed,and the intervention measures of rational drug use were put forward.Results 99 elderly patients with adverse reactions had 68 cases of intravenous injection,accounting for 68.69%,which was significantly higher than other types of administration,and the difference was statistically significant by comparison and P<0.05.Conclusion Actively standardizing the use of drugs in the elderly is an important measure to reduce the occurrence of adverse drug reactions,which plays a vital role in promoting the safe and rational application of drugs and improving the quality of medical services.
