摘  要:本文以北京某建筑中央空调冷却水系统为对象,采用数值模拟方法对不同控制方案下其节能潜力进行了研究。通过构建冷水机组、冷却塔风扇和冷却水泵的能耗模型,分析了冷却塔风扇变频、冷却水泵变频和二者同时变频3中控制策略下系统的总体能耗。研究结果表明:当采用上述3中控制策略时,由于冷却水温度升高,冷水机组能耗有所上升,但同时水泵风机能耗减小,综合来看整个供冷季内系统总能耗下降;冷却塔风机变频的节能量和室外湿球温度相关;冷却水泵变频节能量和建筑冷负荷相关。Taking the cooling water system of a central air conditioning system in Beijing as an example,the energy saving potential under different control schemes is studied by numerical simulation.By constructing the energy consumption model of chiller,cooling tower fan and cooling water pump,the overall energy consumption of the system under the control strategy of cooling tower fan frequency conversion,cooling water pump frequency conversion and two person simultaneous frequency conversion 3 is analyzed.The results show that when the 3 control strategy is adopted,the energy consumption of the chiller is increased because of the increase of the cooling water temperature,but at the same time the energy consumption of the pump fan is reduced.The overall energy consumption of the system in the whole cooling season is reduced,and the frequency conversion energy of the cooling tower fan is related to the outdoor wet ball temperature,and the cooling water pump is converted to energy saving energy.The quantity is related to the cooling load of the building.
