党的建设视阈下高校教师职业道德修养的提高

摘　　要：高校教师的职业道德修养水平直接影响着大学生世界观、人生观、价值观的养成,决定着未来人才培养的质量。加强和改进高校师德建设工作,提高教师的职业道德修养水平,对于全面提高高等教育质量、推进高等教育事业科学发展,培养中国特色社会主义事业的建设者和接班人、实现中华民族伟大复兴的中国梦,具有重大而深远的意义。高校应以党的建设为抓手,从政治建设、思想建设、组织建设、作风建设四个方面着手,促进教师职业道德修养的提高,培养造就一支师德高尚、业务精湛、结构合理、充满活力的高素质专业化高校教师队伍。The level of professional ethics of college teachers directly affects the development of college students'world outlook,outlook on life and values,and determines the quality of future talent training.Strengthening and improving the construction of teachers'morality in colleges and universities,improving the professional ethics level of college teachers,comprehensively improving the quality of higher education,promoting the scientific development of higher education,cultivating the builders and successors of the cause of socialism with Chinese characteristics,and realizing the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation The Chinese dream has great and far-reaching significance.Colleges and universities should take the party building as the starting point,start from the four aspects of political construction,ideological construction,organizational construction,and work style construction,promote the improvement of teachers'professional ethics,and cultivate a noble morality,exquisite work,and reasonable structure.Vibrant and highly qualified professional college teachers.
