弹性髓内钉合用双柏散外敷治疗小儿长干骨骨折的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨弹性髓内钉与双柏散外敷联合治疗小儿长干骨骨折患儿的应用效果。方法:回顾性分析2016年1月至2017年1月在我院治疗的28例小儿长干骨骨折患儿的临床资料,依据临床治疗方案的不同,分为对照组(切开复位内固定术,14例)与观察组(弹性髓内钉内固定术+双柏散外敷,14例),比较两组患儿临床指标与术后疼痛情况。结果:观察组患儿术中出血量、手术时间与骨折愈合时间均短于对照组患儿,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患儿术后第2天VAS评分对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组患儿术后第4天VAS评分低于对照组患儿,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:小儿长干骨骨折患儿经弹性髓内钉与双柏散外敷联合治疗,可有效缩短骨折愈合时间,缓解疼痛程度,利于患儿疾病转归。Objective:To investigate the effect of elastic intramedullary nail combined with Shuangbai powder for the treatment of long shaft bone fracture in children.Methods:The clinical data of 28 children with long shaft bone fracture treated in our hospital from January 2016 to January 2017 were analyzed retrospectively.According to the different clinical treatment schemes,they were divided into control group(open reduction and internal fixation).The clinical indexes and postoperative pain were compared between the observation group(14 cases)and the observation group(14 cases).Results:The amount of intraoperative bleeding,operative time and fracture healing time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the 2dVAS score between the two groups(P>0.05),but the 4dVAS score in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combined treatment of elastic intramedullary nail and Shuangbai powder can effectively shorten the healing time and relieve the pain in children with long shaft bone fracture.
