摘 要:目的:研究不同覆盖材料栽培对滁菊产量和品质的影响。方法:设置5 cm厚度稻壳,0.1 mm、0.14 mm、0.2 mm三种厚度的黑色地膜和0.2 mm厚度的银色地膜。结果:滁菊株高、冠幅、茎粗、地上部鲜重和根鲜重与部分产量性状呈显著正相关。与5 cm厚度稻壳覆盖相比,0.1 mm、0.14 mm、0.2 mm三种厚度的黑色地膜覆盖在不同程度上提高滁菊产量性状和菊花品质,其中0.1 mm和0.14 mm厚度黑色地膜覆盖栽培综合效果最佳,0.14 mm厚度黑色地膜覆盖栽培估算产量最高为1 167.6 kg/667 m^2,而0.1 mm厚度黑色地膜覆盖的黄酮、绿原酸、木犀草苷和异绿原酸四种化学成分含量较高。结论:0.1 mm和0.14 mm厚度黑色地膜覆盖栽培可用于滁菊产量和品质的提高。Objective:To study the effects of cultivation with different mulching materials on the yield and quality of Chrysanthemum morifolium.Methods:The experiment was studied by setting 5 cm thick rice hulls,0.1,0.14 and 0.2 mm black film and 0.2 mm silver film.Results:There were significant positive correlations between the plant height,crown breadth,stem diameter,above ground fresh weight,root fresh weight and some yield characters.Compared with 5 cm thick rice hulls,black film mulching with 0.1,0.14 and 0.2 mm thickness could improve yield characters and quality of Chrysanthemum morifolium in varying degrees,significantly.The comprehensive effect of treating with 0.1 and 0.14 mm thickness black mulch film was the best.The highest yield was 1 167.6 kg/667 m^2 by mulching with 0.14 mm thickness,but the contents of flavonoid,chlorogenic acid,cynaroside and isochloroyenic acid four chemical components with a thickness of 0.1 mm black mulch film were higher.Conclusion:Black film mulching with thickness of 0.1 and 0.14 mm can be used to improve the yield and quality of Chrysanthemum morifolium.
