摘  要:目的:探索野菊多糖作为植物源诱抗剂在防治白术土传病害过程中的用法用量。方法:通过野菊多糖不同施药方法和不同施药浓度对田间白术病情、产量和品质的考察,明确野菊多糖作为植物源诱抗剂的最佳施药方法和浓度。结果:施用剂量考察结果显示中浓度(0.312 g/m^2)处理组中的白术感病死亡率较低,对白术产量、多糖含量、内酯含量的提高效果最佳。施用方法考察结果显示,土壤处理、苗期喷施、后期喷施三个处理组的产量均比CK和常规施药组高,其中土壤处理组增产效果最为明显;土壤处理对白术内酯和白术多糖含量的积累均有促进作用,其中土壤处理组白术多糖及白术内酯Ⅱ、Ⅲ的含量高于常规施药组且达到了极显著差异。结论:采用土壤处理法,施用0.312 g/m^2参考剂量的野菊多糖可以有效提高白术的抗性,降低白术的土传病害,且提高白术的产量和质量,为白术的绿色栽培提供了一种高新技术手段。Objective:To explore the usage and dosage of polysaccharide from Chrysanthemum indicum as a plant-derived inducer in the prevention and treatment of soil-borne diseases of Atractylodes macrocephala.Methods:The disease,yield and quality of Atractylodes macrocephala in field were all investigated by applying polysaccharide from Chrysanthemum indicum with different application methods and concentrations in order to clear the best method of application and concentration of polysaccharide.Results:The results of investigation of application doses showed that the middle concentration treatment group(0.312 g/m^2)had the lower death rate and the best effect of yield,polysaccharide and lactone contents of Atractylodes macrocephala.Application method test results showed that the yields of soil treatment group,seedling spraying group and post-spraying group were higher than that of CK and conventional spraying group,the soil treatment group had the most obvious effect of increasing yield.Soil treatment could promote the accumulation of polysaccharides and lactone contents of Atractylodes macrocephala.The contents of plysaccharide,atractylenolide Ⅱ,Ⅲ in Atractylodes macrocephala from soil treatment group were significantly higher than conventional spraying group.Conclusion:Using soil treatment method,polysaccharide of Chrysanthemum indicum with the dosage of 0.312 g/m^2 can improve the resistance,yield,quality and reduce the soil-borne disease of Atractylodes macrocephala,and can provide a new technique for the green cultivation of Atractylodes macrocephala.
