摘　　要：百乐克工艺是由德国公司研究成功的一种生活污水处理技术,其中的转鼓式细格栅是该工艺的主要设备。我国采用该工艺的污水处理厂前期基本都是由德国公司进行整体设计,并提供转鼓式细格栅、刮泥机、悬摆链曝气器等设备。唐山某机械有限公司于2004年开始研发WXFJ型旋转式固液分离机(转鼓式细格栅),在国外设计的基础上进行了结构优化、改进,也将国外单一规格产品变成了多规格系列化的产品,并应用于多个行业的污水处理工程中。基于此,论文对WXFJ型旋转固液分离机在百乐克工艺中的应用及改进进行了研究。BIOLAK process is a domestic sewage treatment technology successfully developed by German company,in which,the drum-type fine grille is the main equipment of the process.In the early stage of wastewater treatment plants adopting this technology,the whole design is basically carried out by German companies,and the drum-type fine grille,mud scraper,suspension chain aerator and other equipment are provided.A machinery company in Tangshan began to develop WXFJ rotary solid-liquid separator(drum-type fine grille)in 2004.On the basis of foreign design,the structure was optimized and improved,and the foreign single specification products were transformed into multi-specification series products,and they have been applied to sewage treatment projects in many industries.Based on this,the paper studies the application and improvement of WXFJ rotary solid-liquid separator in BIOLAK process.
