摘 要:目的:研究蝉翼藤根茎的化学成分。方法:采用大孔树脂、硅胶柱层析、中压液相等色谱技术对蝉翼藤根茎95%乙醇提取物进行分离纯化,根据所得化合物的理化性质和波谱数据鉴定其结构。结果:从蝉翼藤中分离得到7个化合物,分别鉴定为:4-[3-[(6-O-α-L-吡喃阿拉伯糖基-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖基)氧基]丁基]-3,5,5-三甲基-2-环己烯-1-酮(1)、prunustosananside AⅡ(2)、荷花山桂花糖A(3)、(7S,8R)-1-[4-O-(β-D-吡喃葡萄糖基)-3-甲氧苯基]-2-[4-(3-羟丙基)-2,6-二甲氧基苯基]-1,3-丙二醇(4)、落叶松脂素-4-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(5)、对羟基肉桂酸甲酯(6)、阿魏酸甲酯(7)。结论:其中,化合物1为一个新的单萜苷类化合物,化合物2~4为首次从蝉翼藤属植物中分离得到,化合物2和4为首次从远志科植物中分离得到。Objective:To study the chemical constituents from the rhizome of Securidaca inappendiculata.Methods:The concrete exacted by 95% ethanol from the rhizome of Securidaca inappendiculata was isolated and purified by chromatography on macroporous resin,silica gel,MPLC,etc.The structures of the chemical constituents were elucidated by means of physicochemical properties and spectroscopic analysis.Results:Seven compounds were isolated and identified as 4-[3-[(6-O-α-L-arabinopyranosyl-β-D-glucopyranosyl)oxy]butyl]-3,5,5-trimethyl-2-cyclohexen-1-one(1),prunustosananside A Ⅱ(2),arillatose A(3),(7S,8R)-1-[4-O-(β-D-glucopyranosyl)-3-methoxyphenyl]-2-[4-(3-hydroxypropyl)-2,6-dimethoxyphenoxy]-1,3-propanediol(4),lariciresinol-4-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(5),methyl p-hydroxycinnamate(6) and ferulic acid methylester(7).Conclusion:Compound 1 is a new monoterpene glycoside,compound 3 is isolated from this genus for the first time,Compounds 2 and 4 are isolated from this family for the first time.
