摘  要:目的:研究野三七的皂苷类化学成分。方法:采用正相、反相硅胶柱层析、Sephadex LH-20、高效液相色谱等色谱方法对野三七乙醇提取物进行分离纯化,应用质谱和核磁共振等技术鉴定化合物结构。结果:从野三七70%乙醇提取物中分离鉴定了13个皂苷类化合物,分别为:20(S),24(S)-epoxydammarane-3β,6α,12β,25-tetrol(1)、majonoside R_2(2)、majonoside R_1(3)、vina-ginsenoside R_2(4)、vina-ginsenoside R_(11)(5)、ginsenoside Rg_1(6)、pseudo-ginsenoside RT_4(7)、20(R)-ginsenoside Rh_1(8)、notoginsenoside R_2(9)、ginsenoside Rf(10)、floralginsenoside A(11)、ginsenoside Rs_3(12)、vina-ginsenoside R_(14)(13)。结论:其中,化合物8、9、11、12为首次从该植物中分离得到。Objective:To investigate the chemical constituents of Panax vietnamensis var.fuscidiscus.Methods:The compounds were separated and purified by repeated column chromatography on silica gel,Sephadex LH-20,HPLC.Their structures were determined by spectroscopic data analyses of MS and NMR.Results:Thirteen compounds were obtained from 70% ethanol extract of Panax vietnamensis var.fuscidiscus and identified as 20(S),24(S)-epoxydammarane-3β,6α,12β,25-tetrol(1),majonoside R2(2),majonoside R1(3),vina-ginsenoside R2(4),vina-ginsenoside R11(5),ginsenoside Rg1(6),pseudo-ginsenoside RT4(7),20(R)-ginsenoside Rh1(8),notoginsenoside R2(9),ginsenoside Rf(10),floralginsenoside A(11),ginsenoside Rs3(12)and vina-ginsenoside R14(13).Conclusion:Compounds 8,9,11,12 are isolated from this plant for the first time.
