摘  要:目的:优选瑶药牛白藤的提取工艺。方法:以齐墩果酸含量、熊果酸含量和干膏率的综合评分为评价指标,对牛白藤三种提取方法(煎煮法、浸渍法、回流提取法)进行筛选;采用单因素试验和正交试验法,以乙醇浓度、提取时间和溶剂倍量为考察因素,优选牛白藤的提取工艺。结果:提取方法以回流提取法最优,最佳提取工艺为加12倍量75%乙醇回流提取120 min。结论:该工艺稳定可靠、重复性好,提取率高,可为牛白藤的后续研究提供参考。Objective:To optimize the extraction process of Yao Medicine Hedyotis hedyotidea.Methods:Based on the comprehensive score of the contents of oleanolic acid and ursolic acid and dry paste rate,the extraction technology(boiling method,soak method,reflux extraction method) of Hedyotis hedyotidea was optimized;the single factor test and orthogonal experimental design were employed to screen the extraction method by taking ethanol concentration,extraction time and solvent times as the evaluation factors.Results:The reflux extraction method was the best method;the optimum process conditions were 12 times liquid of 75% ethanol and extraction time was 120 min.Conclusions:The process is stable,repeatable and high extraction rate,which can provide reference for follow-up research of Hedyotis hedyotidea.
