摘 要:目的:研究地榆正丁醇部位的化学成分。方法:运用大孔树脂、Toyopearl HW-40、反相硅胶等柱色谱法对地榆正丁醇部位进行分离纯化,并运用波谱方法对化合物进行结构鉴定。结果:从地榆正丁醇部位中分离并鉴定了13个化合物,分别为:3,4-dihydroxy-5-methoxy-benzoic acid ethyl ester(1)、p-styryl-O-β-D-xylosyl-(1-6)-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(2)、geranyl-1-O-β-D-xylopyranosyl-(1-6)-β-D-glucopyranoside(3)、prunin(4)、confusoside(5)、garbanzol(6)、icariside E4(7)、p-hydroxybenzoic acid(8)、altenuisol(9)、4-(2-propen-1-yl)phenyl-β-D-glucopyranoside(10)、2,7-dimethyl-2,6-octadiene-1,8-diol(11)、1-phenyl-1,2-ethanediol(12)、methyl-3,5-dihydroxy-4-methoxybenzoate(13)。结论:其中,化合物1~7和9~13均为首次从该植物中分离得到。Objective:To study the chemical constituents of n-butanol extract from Sanguisorba officinalis.Methods:Compounds were isolated from n-butanol extract by chromatographic methods of macroporous resin(D101,HP-20),Toyopearl HW-40 and reversed phase silica gel columns.And structures were identified by spectroscopic evidence.Results:Thirteen compounds were isolated and their structures were elucidated as 3,4-dihydroxy-5-methoxy-benzoic acid ethyl ester(1),p-styryl-O-β-D-xylosyl-(1-6)-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(2),geranyl-1-O-β-D-xylopyranosyl-(1-6)-β-D-glucopyranoside(3),prunin(4),confusoside(5),garbanzol(6),icariside E4(7),p-hydroxybenzoic acid(8),altenuisol(9),4-(2-propen-1-yl)phenyl-β-D-glucopyranoside(10),2,7-dimethyl-2,6-octadiene-1,8-diol(11),1-phenyl-1,2-ethanediol(12),methyl-3,5-dihydroxy-4-methoxybenzoate(13).Conclusion:Compounds 1~7 and 9~13 are isolated from this plant for the first time.
