摘　　要：“三权分置”的论述是“三农观”在“两权分离”基础上所作出的进一步发展,既有原则性继承,也体现了时代性的突破和创新。“三权分置”不仅仅是一次农村土地财产权制度的重大变革,同时也有利于集体土地的流转与合理集中,从而实现我国的农业现代化。The discussion of "separation of rights" is the further development of the "separation of rightss" on the basis of "separation of rights". It not only inherits principles, but also reflects breakthroughs and innovations of the times. The "separation of rights" is not only a major change in the rural land property rights system, but also conducive to the circulation and rational concentration of collective land, thus realizing China's agricultural modernization.
