摘　　要：目的:以远志药材为对象,建立一种基于SPSS统计分析的中药材商品规格等级标准研制方法。方法:采用SPSS 17.0对药材市场中商品远志药材的外观性状数据作散点图、频率分布直方图,研究远志药材商品规格等级划分的指标选择与限度设定,进而修订现有84版远志药材商品规格等级标准,并采用单因素方差分析、多元方差分析、多元线性回归分析对上述所修订的商品规格等级标准指标与限度进行验证。结果:目前各个药材市场中商品远志药材的规格等级划分较混乱,各药材市场对远志筒药材等级划分的认知上存在一定分歧;"直径"和"抽心率"是划分远志筒不同等级的主要影响因素。结论:在中药材商品规格等级标准研制中,等级划分各指标的选择与限度的设定要切合药材市场流通现状并发挥良好地规范市场的作用。Objective:To establish a method for developing a Chinese herbal medicine commodity grade standard based on SPSS,taking Polygala tenuifolia as an example.Methods:SPSS 17.0 was used to make scatter plots and frequency distribution histograms of the appearance trait of Polygala tenuifolia in the medicinal herbs market and the index selection and limit setting in the process of revision of Polygala tenuifolia commodity specification grade standard were studied.One-Way ANOVA,multivariate variance analysis and multivariate linear regression analysis were used to verify the revised Polygala tenuifolia commodity specification standard.Results:At present,the classification of the specification grade of Polygala tenuifolia was chaotic,and there was a disagreement among the different medicinal herbs markets regarding the classification of Polygala tenuifolia.Diameter and doping percent were the main factors for classifying Polygala tenuifolia commodity into different grades.Conclusion:In the process of the development of Polygala tenuifolia commodity specification grade standard,the selection of the index and the setting of the limit should be in line with the current situation in the market circulation.At the same time,the standard also may be used to regulate the market of Polygala tenuifolia.
