摘　　要：目的:研究苗药黑骨藤石油醚部位的化学成分。方法:采用硅胶柱层析、Sephadex LH-20柱色谱以及重结晶等方法分离纯化,运用波谱分析技术并结合文献鉴定化合物结构。结果:从苗药黑骨藤石油醚部位分离鉴定得到11个化合物,分别为:丁酰鲸鱼醇(1)、tirucalla-7,23,25-trien-3β-ol(2)、24,24-dimethyl-9,19-cyclolanostan-3β-ol(3)、β-谷甾醇棕榈酸酯(4)、羽扇豆醇乙酸酯(5)、环阿屯-25-烯-3β,24-二醇(6)、熊果酸(7)、常春藤皂苷元(8)、β-香树脂醇乙酸酯(9)、β-谷甾醇(10)、油酸(11)。结论:其中,化合物1～6为首次从该植物中分离得到,化合物1～4为首次从该属植物中分离得到。Objective:To determine the chemical constituents of pertroleum ether extract of Perploca forrestii.Methods:Isolation and purification were carried out by various chromatographic techniques,such as silica gel,Sephadex LH-20 column chromatography and recrystallization.The chemical structures were identified on the basis of spectral analysis and comparison of their spectral data with those in the literature.Results:Eleven compounds were isolated and identified respectively as butyrospermol(1),tirucalla-7,23,25-trien-3β-ol(2),24,24-dimethyl-9,19-cyclolanostan-3β-ol(3),β-sitosterol palmitate(4),lupeol acetate(5),cycloart-25-ene-3β,24-diol(6),ursolic acid(7),hederagenin(8),β-amyrin acetate(9),β-sitosterol(10)and oleic acid(11).Conclusion:Compounds 1~6 are isolated from this plant for the first time,and compounds 1~4 are isolated from this genus for the first time.
