摘　　要：目的:研究馥芳艾纳香全草的化学成分。方法:利用硅胶柱层析、Sephadex LH-20等色谱方法以及重结晶分离和纯化,根据理化性质和波谱数据分析鉴定所分离的化学成分。结果:从馥芳艾纳香95%乙醇提取物共分离得到9个化合物,分别鉴定为:艾纳香素(1)、花椒油素(2)、3,3′,5,7-四羟基-4′-甲氧基二氢黄酮(3)、3,5,3′-三羟基-7,4′-二甲氧基黄酮(4)、正二十六烷酸(5)、豆甾醇(6)、柚皮素(7)、香叶木素(8)、橙皮素(9)。结论:其中,化合物1～6、8为首次从该植物中分离得到。Objective:To isolate and elucidate the constituents of Blumea aromatica herbs.Methods:The constituents were isolated and purified by silica gel,Sephadex LH-20 gel chromatography and recrystallization.The structures were elucidated on the basis of the chemical evidence and spectroscopic data.Results:Nine compounds were obtained from 95% ethanol extract of Blumea aromatica herbs and identified as blumeatin(1),xanthoxylin(2),3,3′,5,7-tetrahydroxy-4′-methoxyflavanone(3),3,5,3′-trihydroxy-7,4′-dimethoxyflavone(4),hexacosanoic acid(5),stigmasterol(6),naringenin(7),diosmetin(8)and hesperetin(9).Conclusion:Compounds 1~6 and 8 are isolated from this plant for the first time.
