摘 要:目的:探讨智能抗阻吸气肌训练在慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)稳定期患者中的应用方法及效果。方法:将122例COPD稳定期患者随机分为观察组和对照组各61例,对照组采用传统肺康复呼吸训练,观察组在此基础上实施渐进式智能抗阻吸气肌训练法,比较两组训练效果。结果:两组肺功能评估指标及治疗后呼吸困难评分比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:智能抗阻吸气肌训练可有效改善COPD稳定期患者的肺功能和呼吸困难症状。Objective:To explore the application method and effect of intelligent anti-obstructive inspiratory muscle training in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD)in stable period.Methods:A total of 122 COPD stable patients were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group with 61 cases each.The control group was received traditional pulmonary rehabilitation respiratory training,and the observation group was implemented progressive intelligent anti-obstructive inspiratory muscle training method on the basis of control group.The training effects were compared.Results:There were statistically significant differences in lung function evaluation indexes and dyspnea score after treatment between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:The intelligent anti-obstructive inspiratory muscle training can effectively improve the pulmonary function and dyspnea symptoms in COPD patients during stable period.
