纯中药治疗2型糖尿病“三辨诊疗模式”探悉

摘　　要：随着对2型糖尿病(Type 2 diabetes,T2DM)中医研究和临床实践深入,其中医诊疗模式也在不断发生质的变化,庞国明教授专长内科,主攻糖尿病的中医诊疗,通过总结40余年的临证经验,在T2DM的诊疗中逐步认识到应先行辨病诊断、确定中医病名,次行辨证诊断、确立精准证型,临床无症可辨、再施精准辨体。进而逐步确立了“辨病-辨证-辨体”有机结合的“三辨诊疗模式”,研制出辨病施治的专病专药、辨证施治的专证专方、辨体调治的专体专方之“三专”系列方药,据血糖调控实况增减形成纯中药治疗2型糖尿病“序贯三法”。临证中,“三辨诊疗模式”和“序贯三法”有机结合,继承不泥古,发扬不离宗,切临床,彰疗效,为纯中药治疗T2DM的相对精准辨治提供参考。With the deepening of TCM research and clinical practice in type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM),the mode of TCM diagnosis and treatment is also undergoing qualitative changes.Professor Pang Guoming specializes in internal medicine and specializes in the diagnosis and treatment of diabetes.By summarizing Professor Pang Guoming′s clinical experience for more than 40 years,he thought that the first step is to differentiate and diagnose the disease and determine the name of the disease in traditional Chinese medicine in the diagnosis and treatment of T2DM.The second step is to differentiate the disease according to syndrome differentiation and establish accurate syndrome types.If there is no clinical symptoms to distinguish,accurate body identification were applied.Based on this,“three debates clinic model”which combines“distinctions-identified disease-syndrome treatment model”was gradually established,a series of prescription was developed which combines special patient with special medicine in disease differentiation treatment,special prescriptions for syndrome differentiation and treatment,and specialized body with specialized prescription according to body constitution differentiation,and the“sequential 3 laws”of treating type 2 diabetes with Chinese medicine was formed according to the regulation of blood sugar.In clinic,the combination of“three debates clinic model”and“sequential 3 laws”inherits the ancient tradition,carries forward the traditional Chinese medicine,and provides reference for the relatively accurate diagnosis and treatment of T2DM with Chinese medicine.
