摘 要:目的:研究番荔枝Annona squamosa Linn.种子的化学成分。方法:运用现代色谱分离等方法,对番荔枝子中的化学成分进行分离和纯化,并结合化合物的理化性质及波谱数据进行结构鉴定。结果:从番荔枝子超临界CO_2提取物中分离得到8个化合物,分别鉴定为:19-hydroxy longimicin C(1)、cis-9-hydroxyfolianin(2)、panatelin Y(3)、邻苯二甲酸二丁酯(4)、豆甾-4,22-二烯-3-酮(5)、豆甾-4-烯-3-酮(6)、24-亚甲基-8-羊毛甾烯-3β-醇(7)、3β-羟基多孔甾-5-烯-7-酮(8)。结论:其中,化合物1~3为新化合物,化合物4~8为首次从该植物中分离得到。Objective:To study the chemical constituents from the seeds of Annona squamosa.Methods:The chemical components from the seeds of Annona squamosa were isolated and purified by chromatography separation.The structures of the compounds were identified by physicochemical properties and spectrum analysis.Results:Eight compounds were isolated from the supercritical carbon dioxide extraction of Annona squamosa seeds and identified as 19-hydroxy longimicin C(1),cis-9-hydroxyfolianin(2),panatelin Y(3),dibutyl phthalate(4),stigmasta-4,22-dien-3-one(5),stigmast-4-ene-3-one(6),24-methylene-8-lanosterene-3β-ol(7),3β-hydroxystigmast-5-eno-7-one(8).Conclusion:Compounds 1 to 3 are new chemical constituents,compounds 4 to 8 are isolated from Annona squamosa for the first time.
