摘　　要：目的探讨妊娠期高血压疾病(HDCP)早期肾损伤患者检测血清胱抑素C(SCys C)及尿液肾损伤分子-1(UKIM-1)的临床意义。方法选取2017年10月-2018年7月江西省妇幼保健院收治的95例HDCP并发早期肾损伤患者(肾损伤组)、81例HDCP未并发肾损伤患者(非肾损伤组)以及120例正常妊娠孕妇(对照组)作为研究对象,检测所有研究对象SCys C、UKIM-1等指标。结果3组研究对象SCys C、UKIM-1相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),肾损伤组SCys C、UKIM-1显著高于非肾损伤组和对照组(P<0.01),非肾损伤组与对照组之间SCys C、UKIM-1相比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论SCys C、UKIM-1可以用于HDCP患者早期肾损伤的筛查。Objective To explore the clinical significance of serum cystatin C(SCys C)and urine renal injury molecule-1(UKIM-1)in hypertensivedisorder complicating pregnancy(HDCP)patients with early renal injury.Methods Ninety-five cases of HDCP patients with early renal injury(renal injury group),81 cases of HDCP patients without renal injury(non-renal injury group)and 120 cases of normal pregnant women(control group)were selected as the subjects of study in Jiangxi maternal and child health care hospital from October 2017 to July 2018,and the SCys C and UKIM-1 of all subjects were detected.Results There were obvious differences in the SCys C and UKIM-1 among the 3 groups(P<0.01),and the SCys C and UKIM-1 in renal injury group were obviously higher than those in non-renal injury group and control group(P<0.01),while no obvious differences were found in the SCys C and UKIM-1 between non-renal injury group and control group(P>0.05).Conclusion The SCys C and UKIM-1 can be used for screening early renal injury in HDCP patients.
