摘  要:目的建立了罐装饮料中9种双酚-二缩水甘油醚的快速分析方法。方法采用叔丁基甲醚提取,固相萃取柱净化,高效液相色谱-质谱联用测定双酚-二缩水甘油醚。结果在5.0~60.0μg/L浓度范围内,线性关系良好,在3个添加水平下,9种双酚-二缩水甘油醚的平均回收率为78.2%~105.1%,相对标准偏差为4.6%~9.0%。结论该方法准确、灵敏度高,可同时对9种目标物进行准确定性和定量,适合于罐装食品中9种双酚-二缩水甘油醚残留量的测定。Objective To establish a rapid method for the analysis of 9 bisphenol-diglycidyl ether in canned drink.Methods The sample was extracted with tert-butylmethyl ether,then the extract was cleaned-up by Waters Oasis column.The target compounds were detected by liquid chromatography-mass spectrometer.Results The calibration curves showed good linearity in the concentration range of 5.0~60.0μg/L for the nine target compounds.The average recoveries of the nine compounds ranged from 78.2%to 105.1%with the relative standard deviations of 4.6%~9.0%.Conclusion The method is accurate and sensitive,and can accurately determine and quantify the nine targets at the same time.It is suitable for the rapid determination of bisphenol-diglycidyl ether residues in canned drink.
