卵巢癌患者的FOLR1、CA125水平变化及其临床意义研究

摘　　要：目的观察卵巢癌患者的人叶酸受体1(FOLR1)、糖类抗原125(CA125)水平,并分析其与病理学特征的相关性。方法选取2017年2月-2018年2月在我院接受治疗的卵巢癌患者为研究对象,同时选取同期在我院接受治疗的卵巢囊肿患者为对照。观察两组患者FOLR1、CA125水平,比较不同特征卵巢癌患者FOLR1、CA125水平的差异,分析影响卵巢癌患者FOLR1、CA125水平的因素。结果卵巢癌组患者的FOLR1表达量、CA125水平均高于卵巢囊肿组(t=30.909、77.219,P<0.001);临床分期为Ⅲ+Ⅳ期、组织学分级为中、低分化、有淋巴结转移的卵巢癌患者的FOLR1表达量、CA125水平较高,而不同年龄的卵巢癌患者的FOLR1表达量、CA125水平无差别;将单因素分析有意义的因素:临床分期、组织学分级和淋巴结转移作为自变量,以卵巢癌患者的FOLR1表达量、CA125水平作为因变量,进行多重逐步回归分析,结果组织学分级和淋巴结转移进入回归方程。结论卵巢癌患者的FOLR1、CA125水平较高,其与组织学分级和淋巴结转移密切相关。Objective To observe the level of folic acid receptor 1(FOLR1)and carbohydrate antigen 125(CA125)in patients with ovarian cancer and analyze their correlation with pathological staging.Methods The ovarian cancer patients who were treated in The Second People's Hospital of Jiyuan from February 2017 to February 2018 were selected as the research subjects,and the patients with ovarian cysts at the same time were selected as the control.The levels of FOLR1 and CA125 were observed in two groups of patients.The differences of FOLR1 and CA125 in different ovarian cancer patients were compared,and the factors affecting the level of FOLR1 and CA125 in the patients with ovarian cancer were analyzed.Results The expression of FOLR1 and CA125 in ovarian cancer patients were higher than those in ovarian cyst group(t=30.909,77.219,P<0.001),and the expression of FOLR1 and the level of CA125 in patients with stageⅢ+Ⅳ,low differentiation and lymph node metastasis was higher in the clinical stage.There was no difference in the level of CA125 and the expression of FOLR1 in ovarian cancer patients of different ages.The significant factors of single-factor analysis,including clinical stage,histological grade and lymph node metastasis,were taken as independent variables,and FOLR1 expression and CA125 levels of ovarian cancer patients were taken as dependent variables for multiple stepwise regression analysis.Conclusion The levels of FOLR1 and CA125 in ovarian cancer patients are high,which are closely related to histological grade and lymph node metastasis.
