摘　　要：实体经济高质量发展是建设现代化经济体系的题中应有之义。改革开放40年来,中国实体经济总量规模大幅扩张、产业结构不断优化、绿色发展成绩斐然、国际地位大幅提升,但也面临严峻挑战,加快产业结构升级、增强技术创新能力、优化企业营商环境是实现中国实体经济高质量发展的着力方向。新时代推进中国实体经济高质量发展是一项系统工程,要全面优化产业结构、激发企业发展活力、加强政府宏观调控,推进现代化经济体系建设,为全面建设社会主义现代化强国奠定坚实基础。The high quality development of real economy is? necessary? for building a modernized economic system. The size of China’ s real economy has expanded dramatically,the industrial structure has been optimized,the green development has made remarkable achievements,and the international standing has been greatly enhanced after 40 years of the reform and opening-up. But there are serious challenges at the same time. Therefore,accelerating industrial transformation and upgrading,enhancing technological innovation capacity and improving business environment are the key to achieving high-quality development of China’ s real economy. It is a systematic project to promote the high-quality development of China’ s real economy in the new era. It is necessary to improve the industrial structure comprehensively,stimulate the vitality of enterprise development,and strengthen the government macro-control,so as to push forward the construction of a modernized economic system and lay a solid foundation for building a modern socialist country.
