为足月产妇使用宫颈扩张双球囊联合缩宫素进行引产的效果探讨

摘　　要：目的 :探讨为足月产妇使用宫颈扩张双球囊联合缩宫素进行引产的效果。方法 :选取2017年4月至2018年4月期间锦江区妇幼保健院收治的80例足月产妇作为研究对象。将这些产妇平均分为对照组和观察组。为对照组产妇持续使用小剂量的缩宫素进行引产。为观察组产妇使用宫颈扩张双球囊联合缩宫素进行引产。然后,比较两组产妇临产的时间、总产程的时间、Bishop宫颈成熟度评分、自然分娩率、新生儿疾病的发生率及新生儿Apgar评分。结果 :接受引产后,观察组产妇临产的时间、总产程的时间均短于对照组产妇,其Bishop宫颈成熟度评分高于对照组产妇,其自然分娩率高于对照组产妇(P <0.05)。两组产妇新生儿疾病的发生率及新生儿Apgar评分相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 :为足月产妇使用宫颈扩张双球囊联合缩宫素进行引产,可提高其宫颈成熟度及自然分娩率。Objective: To investigate the effect of using cervical dilatation double balloon combined with oxytocin in labor induction for full-term parturients. Methods: 80 full-term pregnant women admitted to jinjiang district maternal and child health care hospital from April 2017 to April 2018 were selected as research objects. The women were divided into control and observation groups. The control group of women continued to use a small dose of oxytocin to induce labor. In order to observe the group of parturient use cervical dilatation double balloon combined with oxytocin to induce labor. Then, the time of labor, total duration of labor, Bishop cervical maturity score, natural delivery rate, incidence of neonatal diseases and newborn Apgar score were compared between the two groups. Results: after induction of labor, the duration of labor and the total duration of labor in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group. The Bishop cervical maturity score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, and the natural delivery rate was higher than that of the control group (P < 0.05). There was no significant difference in the incidence of neonatal diseases and neonatal Apgar score between the two groups (P > 0.05). Conclusion: the use of cervical dilated double balloon combined with oxytocin for induction of labor can improve the cervical maturity and natural delivery rate.
