对不同年龄段的老年钙化性心脏瓣膜病患者进行彩色多普勒超声检查的意义

摘　　要：目的 :探讨对不同年龄段的老年钙化性心脏瓣膜病患者进行彩色多普勒超声检查的意义。方法 :将2016年2月至2018年2月期间在峨眉山市中医医院进行治疗的109例老年钙化性心脏瓣膜病患者作为研究对象。将其中年龄为60～69岁的患者设为甲组(n=52),将其中年龄为70～79岁的患者设为乙组(n=37),将其中年龄≥80岁的患者设为丙组(n=20)。对三组患者均进行彩色多普勒超声检查。然后,比较三组患者心脏瓣膜钙化的发生情况及左心房扩大的发生情况。结果 :与乙组患者和丙组患者相比,甲组患者单纯主动脉瓣膜钙化的发生率更高,P <0.05。与甲组患者和乙组患者相比,丙组患者混合心脏瓣膜钙化的发生率、左心房扩大的发生率均更高,P <0.05。与发生单纯二尖瓣膜钙化和混合心脏瓣膜钙化相比,这三组患者单纯主动脉瓣膜钙化的总发生率更高,P <0.05。结论:对不同年龄段的老年钙化性心脏瓣膜病患者进行彩色多普勒超声检查,可观察其心脏瓣膜钙化的发生情况及其年龄与发生心脏瓣膜钙化的关系、心脏形态的变化。objective: to explore the significance of color doppler ultrasonography in different age groups of patients with calcified heart valve disease. Methods: 109 elderly patients with calcified cardiac valvular disease who were treated in emeishan hospital of traditional Chinese medicine from February 2016 to February 2018 were selected as study subjects. Patients aged 60-69 years were set as group a(n=52), patients aged 70-79 years were set as group b(n=37), and patients aged 80 years were set as group c(n=20). Color doppler ultrasonography was performed in all three groups. Then, the incidence of cardiac valve calcification and left atrial enlargement in the three groups were compared. Results: compared with patients in group b and group c, patients in group a had a higher incidence of pure aortic valve calcification, P <0.05. Compared with patients in group a and group b, patients in group c had a higher incidence of mixed cardiac valve calcification and left atrial enlargement, P < 0.05.Compared with simple mitral valve membrane calcification and mixed cardiac valve calcification, the total incidence of simple aortic valve calcification was higher in the three groups(P < 0.05). Conclusion: color doppler ultrasound examination was performed on senile patients with calcified heart valve disease in different age groups to observe the occurrence of calcification of heart valve, the relationship between age and calcification of heart valve, and the change of cardiac morphology.
