钢板螺钉内固定术治疗肱骨干骨折的效果观察

摘　　要：目的 :探讨用钢板螺钉内固定术治疗肱骨干骨折的临床效果。方法 :将雅安市人民医院收治的120例肱骨干骨折患者纳入本研究。将其随机分为观察组和对照组。为观察组患者采用钢板螺钉内固定术进行治疗,为对照组患者采用交锁髓内钉内固定术进行治疗。然后对比两组患者的术后恢复情况和术后并发症的发生情况。结果 :在术后,观察组患者骨折愈合的优良率高于对照组患者,P <0.05。观察组患者的骨折愈合时间短于对照组患者,P <0.05。观察组患者术后并发症的总发生率低于对照组患者,P <0.05。结论 :用钢板螺钉内固定术治疗肱骨干骨折可有效地促进患者骨折处的愈合,降低其术后并发症的发生率。Objective: To investigate the clinical effect of plate and screw fixation in the treatment of humeral shaft fractures. Methods: a total of 120 cases of humeral shaft fractures admitted to ya'an people's hospital were included in this study. They were randomly divided into observation group and control group. Patients in the observation group were treated with plate screw fixation, and patients in the control group were treated with interlocking intramedullary nail fixation. Then the postoperative recovery and postoperative complications of the two groups were compared. Results: after surgery, the excellent and good rate of fracture healing in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, P < 0.05. The fracture healing time of the observation group was shorter than that of the control group, P < 0.05. The total incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, P < 0.05. Conclusion: internal fixation with plate and screw can effectively promote the healing of humeral shaft fracture and reduce the incidence of postoperative complications.
