左氧氟沙星注射剂所致不良反应的特点分析

摘　　要：目的:分析左氧氟沙星注射剂所致不良反应的特点。方法:选择近年来在成都市郫都区人民医院使用左氧氟沙星注射剂进行治疗的1432例患者作为研究对象。观察这1432例患者在使用左氧氟沙星注射剂进行治疗后发生不良反应的情况,然后总结左氧氟沙星注射剂所致不良反应的特点。结果:在这1432例使用左氧氟沙星注射剂进行治疗的患者中,有46例患者发生了不良反应,占3.21%。在这46例发生不良反应的患者中,年龄≥60岁的患者所占的比例最高。其中,联用左氧氟沙星注射剂与其他3种或3种以上药物进行治疗的患者其不良反应的发生率最高,左氧氟沙星注射剂使用剂量为600mg/d的患者其不良反应的发生率最高。其中,不良反应累及消化系统的患者所占的比例最高,达45.65%。在这46例发生不良反应的患者中,有43例患者经对症治疗(或停药)后其不良反应完全消失,有2例患者出现了后遗症,有1例患者经抢救无效死亡。结论:老年患者在使用左氧氟沙星注射剂进行治疗后发生不良反应的几率较高,且此药所导致的不良反应主要累及患者的消化系统。为患者使用此药的剂量越大、联用药物的种类越多,所导致的不良反应越多。Objective:To analyze the characteristics of adverse reactions induced by levofloxacin injection.Methods:select all Pi district people’s hospital of chengdu in recent years the use of levofloxacin injection for treatment of 1 432 patients as the research object.To observe the adverse reactions of these 1 432 patients after treatment with levofloxacin injection,and then summarize the characteristics of the adverse reactions caused by levofloxacin injection.Results:among the 1 432 patients treated with levofloxacin injection,46 patients had adverse reactions,accounting for 3.21%.Among the 46 patients with adverse reactions,patients aged 60 years or older accounted for the highest proportion.Among them,patients treated with levofloxacin injection and three or more drugs had the highest incidence of adverse reactions,and patients treated with 600 mg/d levofloxacin injection had the highest incidence of adverse reactions.Among them,the proportion of patients with adverse reactions involving the digestive system was the highest,reaching 45.65%.Among the 46 patients with adverse reactions,43 patients completely disappeared after symptomatic treatment(or withdrawal),2 patients developed sequelae,and 1 patient died after rescue.Conclusion:elderly patients are more likely to have adverse reactions after treatment with levofloxacin injection,and the adverse reactions caused by this drug mainly involve patients’digestive system.For patients,the larger the dose of this drug and the more kinds of drugs used together wil l lead to more adverse reactions.
