中西医结合疗法治疗陈旧性髌骨骨折合并股四头肌挛缩的效果分析

摘　　要：目的:研究用中西医结合疗法治疗陈旧性髌骨骨折合并股四头肌挛缩的临床效果。方法:按照随机双盲分组的原则将2015年4月1日至2018年3月31日期间解放军第三十七医院接诊的46例陈旧性髌骨骨折合并股四头肌挛缩患者分为对照组和观察组(23例/组)。对对照组患者进行常规的西医治疗,对观察组患者进行中西医结合治疗。然后对比两组患者的临床疗效、膝关节疼痛的VAS评分和HSS评分。结果:观察组患者治疗的优良率高于对照组患者,P <0.05。治疗后,观察组患者膝关节疼痛的VAS评分低于对照组患者,其HSS评分高于对照组患者,P <0.05。结论:用中西医结合疗法治疗陈旧性髌骨骨折合并股四头肌挛缩的效果确切,能够缓解患者膝关节疼痛的症状,促进其膝关节功能的恢复。objective:to study the clinical effect of combined traditional Chinese and western medicine on the treatment of old patellar fracture with quadriceps femoris contracture.Methods:according to the principle of random double-blind grouping,46 patients with old patellar fracture combined with quadriceps contracture admitted to the 37th hospital of the people’s liberation army on April 1,2015 and March 31,2018 were divided into control group and observation group(23 cases/group).Patients in the control group were treated with conventional western medicine,and patients in the observation group were treated with integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine.The clinical efficacy,VAS score and HSS score for knee pain were compared between the two groups.Results:the excellent and good rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,P<0.05.After treatment,the VAS score of patients with knee joint pain in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the H SS score was higher than that in the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion:the treatment of old patella fracture combined with quadriceps femoris contracture with integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine is effective in relieving the symptoms of knee joint pain and promoting the recovery of knee joint function.
