用续筋接骨汤、交锁髓内钉内固定术联合植骨术治疗胫骨骨折不愈合的效果观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨用续筋接骨汤、交锁髓内钉内固定术联合植骨术治疗胫骨骨折不愈合的效果。方法:选取2017年1月至12月期间新津县中医医院收治的100例胫骨骨折不愈合患者作为研究对象。将这些患者平均分为对照组和研究组。这些患者入院后,均对其进行交锁髓内钉内固定术联合植骨术。在此基础上,为研究组患者使用续筋接骨汤进行治疗。然后比较两组患者治疗的效果。结果:治疗后,研究组患者治疗的优良率、膝关节HSS评分表的评分均高于对照组患者(P <0.05),其住院的时间及术毕至骨折线消失的时间、骨折部位愈合的时间均短于对照组患者(P<0.05)。结论:联用续筋接骨汤、交锁髓内钉内固定术联合植骨术治疗胫骨骨折不愈合的效果较为理想,可促使其骨折部位的愈合,改善其患肢膝关节的功能。objective:to investigate the effect of treating nonunion of tibial fracture by using xujinguijiegu decoction,interlocking intramedullary nail and bone grafting.Methods:100 patients with nonunion of tibial fracture admitted to xinjin county hospital of traditional Chinese medicine from January to December 2017 were selected as the research objects.These patients were equally divided into control and study groups.After admission,these patients were treated with interlocking intramedullary nail fixation combined with bone grafting.On this basis,the study group for the use of tendons and bone soup for treatment.The two groups were then compared for efficacy.Results:after treatment,the excellent and good rate of treatment in the study group and the score of knee HSS scale were all higher than those in the control group(P<0.05),and the length of hospitalization,the time from the completion of surgery to the disappearance of fracture line,and the healing time of fracture site were all shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:the treatment of nonunion of tibial fracture with the combination of the internal fixation with interlocking intramedullary nail and bone grafting is ideal,which can promote the healing of the fracture site and improve the function of the knee joint of the affected limb.
